NO REWARD 40 SPIRIT

Hello please I playing the game PATH OF EXILE 2 and I have problems quest act 3 TRIBAL VENGEANCE cruel after killing IGNAGDUK no drop GEMCRUST SKILL I really need +40 Spirit many times I have killed the boss here but no drop + 40 Spirit...another problem where I can not get the reward is the area SANDSWEPT MARSH ( PRESENT ) quest ROOTDREDGE...thank you very much for the advice attached you have a screenshot with regards Path of exile 2 player
