getting stuck and freezing and then crashing in loading screens

This never happened to me in previous league / events, but I crashed, system locked up twice in about three hours when trying to portal back.
Is this like a direct x 12 thing or a windows 11 thing? This is a major issue if I have to restart my PC every hour of game play... |

Dx12 / Win11 - crashing every hour (My pc is very good and i can play games like Sekiro without crashing or stuttering)
