Switching between monitors gives a black screen.

This didn't used to happen and I have no idea what caused it. Things I *know* have changed since it was "known good" windows 11 24h2 was installed, nvidia drivers have been updated. I do not know if it was a poe update. (hmm I should see if it does it on poe2) I have no idea what or where or how. Every single time now I go from monitor to monitor the game will go black (the monitor) for around 2 seconds. Any ideas? Is there a setting I can change in game options to fix this? It's not game breaking clearly but it's not fun lol...
