Stash Tabs lost when migrating from Necro Settlers to Settlers

Dear PoE team,

I migrated my character from Necro Settlers League to Settlers League using the interface buttons next to character after finding out that I cannot access Necro Settlers League anymore.

I was notified that my stash and progress would be carried over to the "parent league". This was not the case, however. While the character (Ptolemaios_I) transfered correctly, all my stash tabs were lost. Most other progress would have been superior in the "parent league" in any case but the expected "removal-only" tabs containing valuable gear were never created in the Settlers stash tab.

The option to hide "removal-only stash tabs" was checked/tested multiple times to make sure it is turned off and not the cause of the issue.

I would be quite upset if the tabs had been lost in the process as I could have salvaged several valuable items.

It sounds like you migrated the character only and may not have actually used the "Migrate ALL" option. Either that or it was delayed. There can sometimes be a delay in migrating league progress that may require waiting for a server restart.


If you go to the League migration options (">>" button under the character list on the character selection screen), you should still have the option to Migrate ALL of the Necro Settlers league progress to the parent Settlers league.

This would include your stash, any remaining characters, your league progress, progress on your atlas and progress for game mechanics (where that progress is greater than already present in the parent league).

That was the solution. One has to migrate ALL, even in case there is only a single character in the merged league.

Wow, you need to select all even though you have ONE character in the league or you lose everything.

Well thats my league over. Just re-installed for a fresh start to.

You can use the league migration button to migrate your stashes (">>" button on character select) or you can create a new character and then use Migrate All.
