Poe 1 Legacy of Phrecia

Hello, my main account is registered on ps5 in korea. I tried to connect the game with poe 1 and I couldn't do it. please tell me, is it possible to skip this event or is there a way to get poe 1. I want a free skin. I also bought a game on PC through DAUM, how do I tie it all together?
