Banned due to discrimination?

I already sent a email to GGG but now unfortunately I have to wait months for a response, I paid early access in poe2 in full only to have some racist mod perma ban my account for having the following names : [Removed by Support] or [Removed by Support] and [Removed by Support]

There is absolutely nothing wrong with these names nor are they hateful in anyway. As per the TOS :

Usernames: Any username you choose in relation to your Member Account or as applicable any other identifier you choose for use in relation to your access or use of the Website, Materials and Services, may be viewable by other users of any of the Website, Materials and Services as applicable and you warrant that any such username or other identifier will not:

infringe the rights of whatever nature of any third-party including without limitation copyright, registered and unregistered trade mark rights, rights of personality, privacy, confidentiality and any other intellectual property rights; and
contain foul language, inappropriate subject matter, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory or defamatory remarks of any nature as may be determined by Grinding Gear Games in its sole discretion or otherwise be in contravention of any law or court order.”

I didn’t break anything here, I saw someone with the name [Removed by Support] so he is fine but I’m getting perma banned ? I don’t know who the mod obviously was but he/she needs to be removed immediately! That’s just racist. I can’t play the game just because I am Muslim / Arabic? Now my account is perma locked and sitting here twiddling my thumbs confused .
