Why is Settlers still Up, and Supporter Packages etc...

No clock, no time of start that i can locate anywhere, but i'm pretty sure its today the event begins.

So i wonder, is there a post somewhere that indicates the start time of the new league? And also, whats up with settlers. Why is it still here? Shouldnt it be gone, pushed down to standard (if), and supporter packages be gone?

It's not a league it's an event. One month approx.

Settlers is still here because 3.26 isn't out, and won't be out for over a month still. As dead as PoE1 looks, it'd be even more dead if only Standard were available.
