I need help with a refund
Hello! A few days ago I bought a skin in the store but I didn't know that said skin is not available for POE2, which is the only GGG game I play. I contacted customer service but I have not had a concrete response beyond a single email they sent me where they said they could help me, they asked me for some information which I sent them, and after that information they asked me that I did not receive any response. I have reviewed several emails and I still do not have a clear answer, they only wrote to me once. Sorry if this is not the place to post this but I don't know what to ask for to help me with the refoundation of the skin pack so I can buy one that I can use in POE2, I only ask for a refund of the coins, not a refund of the real money.

Hello JC! I have already sent emails on several occasions, only the first time I got a response but then they stopped responding, I have continued sending emails and no response.

I'm worried that a lot of time will pass and then they won't accept the refund. But hey, I'll trust what you tell me and wait patiently. If I don't have any response within a week, what should I do?

Knowing this makes me a little sad. Then I must get used to the idea that that money was lost and stop asking for help from support, but I will never buy something in the store again because if a mistake is made no one will give you an answer.

Did you purchase it via Steam? You would still be able to get a refund then. If you have to wait on GGG I doubt that we'll get refunds, at this point it's more of a scam seeing the fact they did state handling thousands of tickets, yet none has had there case solved.
