GGG, 1 month + to respond to a support?

Hi GGG, I have raised a ticket for support almost 1 month ago and received ZERO response. How are you convincing me to spend more money on the game in this scenario?

That's not true lol. You know very well you respond with a cookiecutter macro not even reading the first email.
