Sulphuric Caverns Boss Rewards + Early Map Completion + Portal Bug with Instance Crash

Sulphuric Caverns had two bosses, and my map completed after killing the first. When the second boss died I only got generic rewards: some gold and 1 rare + 3 magic pieces of gear. There were no waystones, despite having 426% increased waystones found in the area, and no currency. There were no drops after killing the first boss. This was an area level 82 map.

Edit: I'm not sure if this is related or separate bug, but 5 minutes or so after killing the boss (after writing the above), I tried to portal back to my hideout. I at first got an error message that I couldn't summon the portal while the game was paused, then when I did create the portal it failed to connect to the instance. Trying to summon a different portal again failed, and as I tried running out of the boss arena the game crashed. My reentry portals were missing upon logging back in. :( What if I wanted that missing boss loot?

Seriously though, great game.
