Sekhemas sacred water bug

I dont know if this has been said before but when you get minor affliction called low rivers it gives 50% less sacred water found and then i picked up boon called flooding river that gives 50% more sacred water found but it just not do that... Large sacred water fountain give only littlebit under 200 and before boon and affliction it gives like 400... what gives?
