Cloudflare block IPs from my internet provider

I live in Donetsk region of Ukraine in the territory controlled by Ukraine but close to the combat zone.

Very often I encounter the problem that CloudFlare starts blocking some addresses starting with 141.105.xxx.xxx but not all and therefore sometimes I have to play roulette with turning off and on the Internet to get a dynamic IP from my provider that is not blocked.

Using vpn significantly reduces the comfort of the game even with the use of good paid servers, I would like to know if there is a way to somehow fix this problem? I can provide a connection trace or any other necessary information.
