Adding to ignored doesn't make sense because there is always a new random user. After all, it's sent by a bot, so there are ways to deal with it - for example, a text filter that blocks website addresses or specific occurrences of phrases, checking whether the user is active in the game or whether it's a new account, etc. etc.
