Repeated crashes upon entering the "Copper Citadel" after the patch

I'm experiencing repeated crashes upon entering the Copper Citadel since the patch went live this week. I crashed once for every portal resulting in the map being failed. This sucks considering how long it takes to find a Citadel. The end game is horrible as it is. Bugs like this only makes it feel even worse.
