Still waiting for GGG to unlink my steam account

Is there any update for how long this will take? I just need to have steam unlinked so I can relink to correct account to receive all of my MTX and stash tabs. You guys said over a month ago that you've reduced the number of support tickets from 545,000 to 75,000. I've given support everything they asked for back in December, and have been in the dark since.

As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. Still just waiting since the release of the game, for help unlinking steam. I've had a second "support person" reach out to me asking for the same stuff the first did, and still nothing. The only difference is the 2nd "support person" said it would be awhile before hearing anything back. Why did I have to deal with a 2nd person, when I gave the first everything they asked for and how many times do I need to verify my accounts before you help?
