The new Harbringer ascendancy. ideas?

So this ascendancy focuses on Channeling? So it's more like cyclone and channel while casting then?

I have never used Greater Harbringer of any kind. Are they worth having? Any items synergize well with Greater Harbringers?

I've always found using Cyclone is difficult against tough Bosses. ugh

That notable has been changed, it doesn't provide "while channeling" bonuses anymore. Now it says
