Bot spam is getting worse and worse, report system is broken, servers are unplayable

Today I just logged in, and Im welcomed by 3-4 whispers from scammers selling currency.
Then whole global is literally spammed with same stuff.
What is going on with this game today? It was bad yesterday with that spam too, but now it's just unplayable.

Not to mention some dude pretending to be a woman on global report spammed me till I got muted for 1h just because I posted a fact he didn't liked.
I didn't pay 30usd to be harassed by mentally ill and be in constant look out to not hurt their feelings just because I have different opinion than them.

Also at lvl 95 I've lost 10% exp because servers work like garbage after last 2 updates.
Before was playing on Amsterdam server with 0 problems, but now after the update my latency/ping goes from 40 to 2k all the time.
Remove this exp penalty if game is not working well.
I literally got 7111 mana, while doing ritual altar game spawned that mana sucking mob, but first the effect came in, then mob with that blue field was visible. It got so laggy that even spamming my melting mana flask did nothing.

Why is this game evolving but backwards lately?

You don't get muted for having another opinion, you get muted for breaking "Code of Conduct". And wdym with "someone pretended to be a woman"? Didn't knew you could verify someone's gender via "Path of Exile" global chat.
