Invisible Uncollectable Loot Drops - Series X

Since the 0.1.1d patch I've been unable to collect loot drops. Yesterday, I was at least able to collect 1 or 2 items for a few short seconds before the loot pile disappeared. Today, I'm not getting any loot drops at all. Even gold isn't showing, although I can appear to collect gold by running over it.

I have NO loot filters enabled. I am playing solo and not part of a party so party allocation should not come into play.

Just a quick update/workaround for this...

This seems to be related to the 'Always Highlight' feature. Since I've enabled this, I'm now seeing the loot drops and can now pick the items up.
