yes, i already send a few (5) messages to support mail, but looks like it didn't worked at all.
20 Dec 2024 i send first email with request 6 Jan 2025 I send request one more time 8 Jan 2025 Got response to provide additional data like character names 8 Jan 2025 I sent response with character names 28 Jan 2025 I asked about any info... And Nothing until now.. I'm not sure how to proceed here.. My game is waiting without connected account. Refund is not possible any more with steam. Sorry for being annoying maybe... but I really want to play a game from my new steam account. Last bumped on Feb 19, 2025, 7:43:05 AM
