Old Account Email Deleted by Yahoo

Hello Guys, im looking for a solution to my problem.

My Old Yahoo Email i used for poe years ago is deactivated and cannot be accessed anymore.

Now was the first time after years that i showed him my char at his place and the game is asking me for an activation code.

How can i change my email adress to get to this code? Only via a support ticket by Mail or is there another way?
