Stuck at map loading screen

Often find myself stuck at map loading screen, the only way out is shutdown the game window, and restart game entirely. This can happen at waystones and trial of sekhemas

win11, i9-13900KF, 32GB RAM, RTX 4090.
Not sure what else to provide.
