refund passive error

It deducts gold 3x-4x from the - refund passive - and looks like it will do it - but of course it never does it!!!!! Refunding the passive tree 3-10 times for nothing is bad enough - I guess there is a gamble here too? THERE ARE SO MANY BUGS - but this is driving me crazy. And it is simply not normal that there is nothing - and it even deducts gold.
