Whats going on with support?
I have made over 4 emails all of them responded to..
They ask for confirmation of account name and characters.. I reply with necessary information and no response.. Everytime I make a new email it gets responded to.. but never replied to the original email.. I have stated that my account is at risk and need it to be unlinked.. It has been almost 2 months now since I have inquired about such matters. Like what is going on.. My steam is basically compromised and its a Secondary Login... why can't staff just simply give me the power to unlink it myself... I find it counter productive to give me the power to change my primary email but not able to unlink my steam... what kind of games are we playing... Devs say they cannot help please report to email and than when I do report to email nothing is being done for help.. Last bumped on Feb 19, 2025, 2:08:07 AM

I understand but my account is at a critical state where it is basically compromised via steam link... all I simply ask is if someone can escalate this issue because I have worked so many hours on getting my account where it is at and if I lost any of that progress who do I blame? Will you compensate me on lost items?

" Brother. There's no one to escalate it to. You are out of luck just like the rest of us. My accs been locked for 2 months and I had 150€ in poe2 keys stolen after a hack. They don't care and haven't responded yet Also, stop sending emails. Each time you send an email you get put back to the end of the queue. Unironically. They said this in a tiny update on the forums responding to how bad their support is. You of course only could've read it if you made a second account to read the forums. Why is that not in the auto reply of the bot / email? Incompetence. |

well clearly it is not put at the back of the list because I have gotten responses every new email.
