Account issues poe2

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my account that is preventing me from trading. My login is not working correctly. It says I'm logged into 2 accounts but I only have made one. My account online has a different 4 digit cone that my in game account. Logged into both with my steam account.
Another, more serious issue is with my guild points. I am the leader of my guild. A member gave me 250 points and they are now gone with the start of this above mentioned issue. Last bumped on Feb 18, 2025, 8:53:31 PM
