Bad support

The support of this game sucks, I sent them an email asking for a refund and they replied that something could be done and told me to send the nickname of the account, then they didn't reply anything more, weeks went by with no reply I sent more emails but no reply after now 1 month or more, I paid 30€ for early access of path of exile 2 but the game doesn't run well on my pc and i'm not playing it, i haven't opened it for months and i don't want to waste 30€, i would like a refund, can someone help me?

Everytime you send an email you get put back to the end of the queue. Unironically. They said this in a tiny statement regarding the horrible state of their support. Why is it not in the auto-reply of their bot or for their email? Incompetence.

To answer your question, there's no one that can help and it will take months. Yes this company sucks now

I really hope that I get a reply soon, the thing that bothers me is that to the email where I asked if a refund was possible they replied after 10 minutes and then after sending the necessary data for the refund they never replied again and it's been 1 month or more
