Core Supporter pack payment plan - last support answer over 50 days ago

Hello there, back on November 2024 I emailed support to set up a payment plan for the 2024 core supporter packs, all the way to Sandwraith Assassin.
Everything went smoothly at the start with responses taking less than 5-10 days, but the last response was on December 29 2024. I already completed the payment plan this month and have been waiting for the confirmation, everything was paid under 3 months as stated, just kinda worried about the long response times.
