I never appear online on main account

While on Xbox, my social tab says I’ve been offline for a week but that was the last time I was on psn. Is there a way to unlink PSN? I’ve contacted support twice in 2 weeks and have yet to see a response.
My trade site says show status on all leagues. I can’t figure this out. Last bumped on Feb 18, 2025, 4:23:39 PM
