Major stuttering on PS5 post patch

Game is in an unplayable state after the 0.1.1d patch. Stuttering like crazy and lag spikes are horrible. Performance on PS5 overall is absolutely horrible .

I've tried switching server. Messing with the graphics settings to no avail. Please for the love of God fix PS5 performance please.
