Crashing

Have been trying to test stuff before the event and my game crashes quite often, tested it on both my desktop and laptop so I don't think it's an issue with the hardware or installation. Sometimes it crashes on loading screens and sometimes just randomly going through the early leveling zones, I'm on low settings and not doing anything crazy just running around with minions.

Is everyone having this problem, or does anyone know how to fix it? It's kind of unplayable right now, I've crashed about 10 times in Act 1.

yeah, it's happening to a lot of people. there are plenty of posts in the forum stating the same problem. as far as i know, GGG hasn't said a thing about it, and i doubt they fix it before the event. game is pretty much unplayable for a lot of people. getting your PC frozen to the point you have to force-reboot it is beyond annoying, and probably is not good for the PC if you have to do it 5 times a day for 2 months you know. i doubt i will play again until they fix it, been trying to play for this past 2 weeks and to be honest, i'm fed up at this point.

Mine just crashes straight up with no freezing and no errors. GGG does nothing.
