It is incredibly frustrating to deal with this situation because it seems that there are frequent instances of network timeouts when attempting to use Nexon recharge cards. The worst part is that even though these transactions fail, the balance still gets deducted. It feels like money is being lost for no reason, with no clear way to recover the lost funds or ensure that transactions go through properly. Afterwards, when you send an email to support staff seeking help, you will face an extremely long waiting time. This not only ruins the gaming experience but also leaves one feeling dissatisfied and questioning the reliability and customer service of the platform.
