During the november data merge and rollback, data was lost

When the merge happened i merged my accounts, in the other account i bought several suporter packs, prepared to merge accs and in the future merge mtx so everything would be in place for poe2.

The issue is, i bought several suporter packs, but before the merge just in case i bought another Sandwraith suporter pack, the problem, i didnt loged in when i bought it, i wasnt in a rush.

Bought the pack before the merge.
Merged the accounts-
A roll back was done if i recall correctly because something went wrong.
After a few days of the merge i loged in, the support pack never arrived.
Bought a mini pack to check if my acc was broken, that mini pack worked perfectly.

Where is that support pack? i have the xbox receipts of all the supporter packs, yes i been going back and forth with the support team but this is clearly way above their knowdledge.

At this point i really dont care if i get it or not, i need to know what happened, where it went? it couldnt just delete itself right? would had to do with the rollback? the merge? I just want answers, support team cant do much about it and its already several months, support team is not equiped to deal with sort of stuff, the last one kept saying the same as the others and i really explained everything in detail with screenshots and highlighting everything yet im still in the same place i was back in november. I just want answers.
