Incendiary shot

crossbow incendiary shot skill is not scaling from are attack damage and support gems like conc effect, it has aoe tag it should scale are daamge?

This is because the main damage component of the skill is not area damage, it's only the secondary effect it has, where 'fragments that hit enemies explode dealing damage in a cone behind them' portion that is area damage.

So conc effect should be scaling that damage, but that cone damage itself is bugged and doing very little so you'll probably not notice it :)
