topaz ring lost

hi, today i have a issues with my account cuz my topaz ring during any breachs maps he lost on my equip ring after i die on map, i cant have any app to recorder my death, but after this my ring just lost on equiped rings, idk how this happens but im so sad now. if any have any problem with similar problem, comment please. i just swap my rings to change temporalis to grand regalia but i always look correct rings..
