Ignakduk Frost Bomb spam

Seems to potentially be after the recent patch, Ignakguk will now spawn between 10-20 frost bombs on-top of each other at a designated location in the boss arena when she uses her flamethrower ability (Not the cage flamethrower, the self cast one).

Like so, no clue what triggers it either (the ranger stepping in it for science has 18 cold res)

The bug is older i think i see it since Patch 0.1.1 or a bit after some of the hotfixes. Cant put my thumb on it when it started to appear.
