Cant upgrade supporter pack on website

I play on and Xbox and want to upgrade supporter pack to get the extra early access code to use for pc and if I upgrade on Xbox I am not offered the extra code so I’m just trying to to get confirmation if I buy it on Xbox if I can still get the code for pc version

Many posts about xbox and ps4 bugs with supporter packs, not getting coins, multi-platform play.

Hope they read this and act on it...fix stuff before adding on to POE1/2.
