No answer for a month from Support
i accidently purchase cosmetic for poe1.. send text to support - they ask to verify myself which i did by providing mane of account and chars but since then 0 answers for a month and i triend to text them again maybe 10 times..
thats their last resp -"Hi there, Thank you for the message. We may be able to help with this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name (including the 4-digit discriminator) and the names of a few of your characters? Thank you again.
