Several weeks with no response from GGG for physical items

Hello,
As my title states I purchased the Warlord of the Karui pack on December 21, 2024. I figured I wouldn't get the physical items (hoodie/t-shirt) sent during GGG's holiday vacation and I had no issue with that at all; however it's coming up on 2 months since my purchase and I've yet to receive any info from GGG support on my physical items shipping or any order updates whatsoever. I've sent about 3 emails (I waited till early January well after GGG returned to send any at all), and 1 website inquiry, all with no response. I'd like some sort of communication on whether or not I'll be receiving these items at this time.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hi unkindledfps, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard.
