No coins returned after bought on shop

I bought 200 coins to purchase the map tab, and for the first time, no coin was returned. I see the movement done on my bank account but on my poe account is still showing 0 as coins. I have the receipts and the email from playstation confirming the buy.

I am having the same issue, I bought coins but not getting them PS5... The sale ends today to for the map stash tab!!

Strange, now its showing me an additional tab which is the new map tab. Maybe GGG is looking into it?

Now I have the coins returned, I receive an answer after contacting the support email. I really think they should extend the promotion.. After some People receiving the coins back, its really bad that now they cant use the promotion since it reach to an end

Agreed they should extend or play nice and give a small compensation.

The 100% fix is to contact the PS store live chat support and get a refund then repurchase through the in-game micro transaction interface

It's a solution yes, but still.. Why we purchased the coins? For 2 reasons, because of the new map stash and the peomotions.. And with this issue, was impossible to buy the map stash on promotion.. So I really think they should have extended the promotion until they have fixed everyone with this issue
