While Pain Offering is active, Minion ui tabs auto close

When inspecting minion damage in the skill UI, while Pain Offering is active, will cause the sub-tabs to close focus, and revert back to the firs tab.

you can click the tab for a second to see a flash of the UI, but it will revert as long as Pain Offering is active.
