Petition for Surfcaster to get normal small nodes

GGG really went out and not only gave us Surfers blanks for small nodes but even somewhat of a downside (I know flee affects only normals and magic mobs which should blow up instantly blah blah). I understand the speed and damage is slightly on the strong side. But let's be real - surfer is going to be a t16 blaster, good luck getting gim into harder content like t17 and ubers within the first few weeks. And by the time you're decked out 1 month event is over (if it's not extended). The biggest problem for me is not that it's 4 dead passive nodes - it's the feelsbad moment of having to take it (similar to behemoth) in a game where efficiency is king and the most satisfying thing to do. I'm not asking for much - a little bit of defence wouldn't make a hige difference, it would just make me feel way better. And that's what it's all about - feeling good while playing right? Or maybe I'm coping too hard.. What are your throughts?

I'm just pretending that the Illegal fisherman node's attack damage and attack speed are split between the four useless minor nodes.
