Early access on console not transferring to PC?

Is it possible for anyone to play on both PC and Console with early access?

I purchased it on Xbox and have been waiting almost three months for a response on how to transfer my license to PC. I tried upgrading my initial $30 purchase to the $60 pack, but when I attempt it on PC, it seems like my account isn't linked to anything.

For each platform, during early access, you need to purchase a separate key (support pack). Any financial related issues are not resolved on the forum. Contact support again.
