Item filters STILL NOT working after patch 1.1d

Hi
I am playing on Xbox series x

I still have no item filters after the patch 1.1d today, despite the notes saying you’d fixed a bug. I even went into the site and unfollowed all of them, then only selected the neversink semistrict(ensuring the box in the top right corner stated poe2) I then clicked on my name on the top left side and then item filters to see what I had followed. It indeed states that I have once again followed the poe2 neversink filter correctly. I then went to my game settings and clicked the circular arrow to supposedly update them in my game but once again nothing ever happens. I even did this all through the browser (acccessed via the in game settings menu) on my Xbox and did the same procedure and again nothing happens. What is the issue and why will this still not work after all this time? Please investigate and rectify.

Question is the refresh button in the menu actually functional? Or is it not working? Kindest regards.

I've followed a couple of Neversink's filters on the ladder too and they don't display for me in game either. I've created 10 or so on filterblade.xyz (Neversink's website) and made sure to export/sync to my profile with the "xbox" format from the dropdown and every single one of those work.

Following ladder filters could be messed up for console users because the filters aren't platform specific which probably means they're formatted for PC. If you look at POE 1 filters in the ladder, it gives you an option for PC/PS/Xbox and I remember reading somewhere that PC filters didn't work on console.

Try syncing your own from filterblade with the Xbox format. You don't have to spend time customizing them if you don't want to. You can select the exact same base filters that are in the filter ladder and just sync them to your profile in the right format.

Also, to answer your question on the refresh button in game yes it works. I think it's only to refresh the specs of the current filter you're using and not your list of filters, though. I made a change to one of my filters on filterblade and hit the refresh button a minute or so later and the changes were applied. My filter list auto updates when i click on the dropdown.

Hi I did exactly as you suggest and went to filterblade, chose create new filter, ensured that at the top I had selected poe2 and then left all the options as they were, I then went to the far right hand side option to export to Poe and renamed the filter and chose the Xbox option next to the filter name, then chose sync or download and on the next option chose to save and sync and it said it was doing it. I then went back into my game options and hit the refresh button in the game menus and still nothing. I waited for 45 minutes despite it saying it would be immediate and still nothing. I am at a loss what to do to get this to work I have tried this process numerous times and all failed. Kindest regards.

same here on xbox, filters working completely fine until today, Now there off. No way to fix it. Wait for help. Thank you.
Thanks for your reports.

We are still working on the fix for this, it is a separate problem to the one that was fixed in the recent patch.

A potential workaround is to launch another game and see if that fixes the issue for the time being.

That does absolutely nothing. I play many games every day and it has never done anything to rectify this issue. Even properly clearing the cache does nothing. Please investigate and rectify.kindest regards
Make sure you're following the PoE2 version of the item filters. Item filters for the first game won't show up, they are not the same.

I had the same issue until I figured that out, now everything works a treat.

Hi as I said I ensured that the filters on both the Poe site and filterblade correctly had poe2 selected, but they still don’t work. I detailed above the exact procedure I followed on filterblade and on a previous bug report detailed exactly how I attempted to utilise the filters from the Poe site and neither way works. Kindest regards
Did you try different filters? I've only used neversink so I can't say in general, but those work fine for me on Series S.

Have you given those a try? If you said that, I didn't, and won't read the entire thread so I apologize.

I've done a bit of light testing. From what I've been able to determine, this seems to be linked to the 'Always Highlight' feature. Since, I've had this enabled, I can now see the loot filters working.
