No Response from Support After a Month

I want to ask if anyone else has experienced a similar issue or if someone can advise me on how to proceed.

On January 3rd, I contacted support regarding the “Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter”. I received a reply on January 6th asking me to provide the names of my characters and my full account name. I responded immediately with the requested information and also clarified the issue I needed help with. However, I never received a response.

Later, on January 8th, I sent the same message with the same request. This time, they replied that they would help me, but I needed to provide my character names and full name again. I did so, yet I still haven’t received any further feedback on how my issue will be resolved.

I won’t lie—I’m disappointed with this communication, as I have supported Path of Exile from the beginning and have continued to support it. Given my situation, I expected assistance. I responded promptly whenever they replied, and they assured me they would help, but since then, I have received absolutely no feedback. I even reached out again via the website on January 17th, yet still no response.

It feels unfair, especially when they confirm they will help but then stop responding. Has anyone else experienced something similar, or can anyone offer advice on what to do next?

Same thing currently happening to me. I sent a request, got asked for more info, provided it immediately, and never heard back from them, despite sending multiple additional messages. It's extremely disappointing since the issue is missing items on a fairly expensive supporter pack.

I hope they find time in their busy schedule to respond to us... I'd like to keep my positive image I have of GGG.
Same happened to me.

I purchased EA and received no coins on the account of the purchase.

Unfortunately I think I have lost my positive image.
