Lost Item – Attuned Wand Disappeared

I recently noticed that my Attuned Wand has disappeared from my inventory. I did not drop, sell, or trade it, and I am unsure how it went missing. Could you please check this issue for me?
I have already tried checking my inventory, relogging, and reviewing my trade history, but I still cannot find the item. I would really appreciate your assistance in recovering it.

Have you checked the reforging bench and maybe the delirium distill window? they can techinically store items.

I've lost many items in poe1 only to find them later in the crafting bench.
