Loot disappears within a few seconds on PS5

Right after today's patch (0.1.1d), loot now disappears within a few seconds of dropping. If you don't pick it up right away it disappears and you can't claim it. I just lost all the loot from the Trial of Chaos!!!!!! This happening to anyone else?

Update: It's not happening outside the chamber of Chaos.

dont know the control for ps5 but there should be a button you needd to press or/ hold so it toggle loot
when its off it show valueaable loot for few second then disapear , turn it baack on ,
it is usefull to reset loot that is sometime not showing at the right locatiion
