Forward Command Tents quest does not mark as completed unless all boss drops picked up

The quest marker did not clear, so I went back and picked up the remaining items the boss dropped, and the quest maker cleared on the map.

I think I remember this issue with another side-quest boss on my first play through.

Also encountering this. I've killed the rare multiple times and looted the chest. So if that is the requirement, seems not not be working. On other play throughs it has worked for me.

Roving wisps is another one with a bug, unsure if it is the same, that one is a question mark icon, rather than boss. See ongoing thread. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3837641

I've also encountered the second gate in this area, Halini gates quest, not opening. Unsure if it was on this play through, and if it is at all connected. Resetting the zone worked for that one, but not this.

Guarded sarcophagus also seems to have something funny on one of the spawns, the corridor one, where it it can not be opened sometimes and the side quest can not be proc'd, at least without getting a different spawn or one where it will open.
