Server restart kills my mapping

Guys, I do understand necessity of maintenance, but you just wiped me out. I've spent my best waystone on the great spot with ritual and boss buffed by big towers, when suddenly i was kicked out.

Then hour of upgrades (server and then my client) only to know that the whole thing is gone (spot modifiers are gone, waystone is gone). I'm so upset. Tomorrow I need to go to job, and next weekend is 5 days away. And you let me down like this. I'm so unlucky in this game...

If you need to close the instance, why can't you just roll back everything, keep all modifiers untouched and put map back into device?

Or you at least could have big in game notification. Early enough for anyone not to start any heavily invested content

They do and did have a notification in-game before the maintenance went out and the servers restarted..

Guy you did it again. I just wanted to play 15min after the work (don't have time to follow all of your news). And your restart killed me again, killed my spot, my 16map.

Why the heck "POE2 servers restarting" big red flicking label on forum, but barely visible in game. You cannot say if it yet another spam in chat, or the text you absolutely must be reading.


Man, I hate it.

There is a notification system starts 1 hour ago and continue every 5 mins... You must need to read these warning msges.

Not only is this not a bug, but like the others said, maybe learn to pay attention and read.

Let me disagree with you guys. And here's why.
1. Notification looks not distinguish enough from a chat spam.
2. Once every 5 minute is way too low of a frequency. Again, I had only 15min, I logged in and go straight to the map device, load my best map in the best spot - next thing I know, notification about server restart. OK, great. But now what do I do? Map and a spot are gone already.

There is so much thing that could be done. You can even prevent people from creating new instances 10-15min before the restart to prevent this from happening.
