Add a Hong Kong Server for PoE 1

The Singapore server has been really bad and unstable for me over the past few leagues, but when I tried the HK server in PoE 2, there was no lag, no spikes it was incredibly stable. I also tested it with a VPN, and the connection was great, but I don’t want to pay for a VPN just to get good ping. I really hope they add an HK server for PoE 1 as well! :>
