Blue background screen

Hello, I think there may be a bug in the inventory or dreadnought hideout. The screen is blue where the char should be displayed, and only happens when the inventory is open. The tabs in the inventory menu that are affected are the Character, Skills, & Inventory screens. Do note that the screen is not blue when walking around the base. Only when paused in the inventory. How do I attach a photo?
