corrupted enchant/implicit not working with controlled metamorphosis

dex is not being assigned to my character.

The corrupt implicit on your Controlled Metamorphosis is working, which is why you aren't noticing the bug that the item has been suffering from.

Attribute passives in the radius of Controlled Metamorphosis don't grant stats for some reason. In your screenshot, to the upper left of your Controlled Metamorphosis jewel, there is an Attribute passive which should be granting Dexterity, but isn't due to the bug. The loss from the bug is being offset by the corrupt implicit.
